Huron Forest Camp CedarRidgeExperience God, develop lifelong friendships, learn valuable life skills, and have tons of fun all along!Located in the heart of the Huron National Forest in northern Michigan, Huron Forest Camp CedarRidge is a summer camp that provides a wonderful camp environment for teaching Christian values and life skills, for discipling campers, and for changing lives. Campers gain hands-on expertise in a variety of activities, from canoeing and riflery to archery and outdoor living skills. A low camper-to-staff ratio allows staff to mentor campers, encourage individual character development, and build lasting friendship through cabin time, and team-building initiatives. Our Bible studies assist campers in their spiritual growth by giving them opportunities to ask deep questions in a safe setting. Rustic but comfortable, HFCC offers campers the opportunity to experience God in the middle of His creation. Camp CedarRidge is Christian camping at its best! Whats New?We had a great time at the Michigan Christian Camp/Conference Association conference held March 1-3. We listened to some inspiring messages from Ron Hutchcraft, a trusted kid expert. In the seminars we gleaned some new ideas to help us get ready for a fantastic summer of faith, friends and fun. ![]()
Being in the middle of the Huron National Forest, less than 20 minutes from Lake Huron, and only 5 minutes from the beautiful AuSable River gives us some cool opportunities. Unlike many camps, we are not in the middle of a cornfield. Camp CedarRidge offers a unique set of programs, something for everyone. From Science Camp, to Culinary Camp, to canoeing the AuSable in our SOAR Program; or get the the more traditional camp experience at Girls Camp or Boys Camp. No matter where you are coming from Camp CedarRidge is a place that you will feel welcomed and accepted. We are a multicultural, multigenerational, and interdenominational camp. CedarRidge is a great place to meet have new experiences, meet new people, and connect with God in a new way.
